SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Here at Avilo, we work to get you your products in the fastest time possible. Please allow 5 business days for processing time. Your products will be shipped via USPS, local pick up is available if selected at checkout. Candles and wax melts are made to order therefore no returns or exchanges.
If your package is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed during shipping please file a claim with the courier as we are not able to assist in locating your package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to scent preferences and made-to-order, we do not offer returns on wax products. Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will only exchange items if they are defective. Please contact us at avilocandles@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate your exchange. If buyer surpasses 5 business days, we will not honor the exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for exchange.
